Management By Objective

1.
Nature teaches us the lessons which are also true  for the humans. A simple shoe pole magnet which aligns the field can generate a stronger magnetic field.Similarly, When the Army marches together it can break the bridge because of the alignment of foot steps in one direction.

Learning- In any organization if the employees concentrate on their work, understand the individual responsibility and streamline their energy then it would help the organization to flourish.

2.
Management by objective is the new strategy adopted by the organizations.Goals and objective  settings for the employees in an example of the management by objective. The objective of an organization is achieved by the target setting of the employees. As the appraisal rating of the employees are dependent upon their performance, employees try to achieve the goal and eventually help the organization to grow.

Learning- The sustainable growth is the buzzword. The growth strategy which includes the employees and the employee is being adopted these days.

3.
A manager should have a different understanding of the problem and tackles it differently too. The reason of Leander paes and Mahesh Bhupati not playing together looks like the problem of different ego state and personal problems. But,a different understanding of this issue can be in terms of kind of match that they play. One player is comfortable paying with two types of games i.e single match and double match. But, the other player is only comfortable playing the double match.

I will keep you posted about different management lessons in the coming posts. Happy Reading!
